Registration

We are pleased to welcome new private patients to our practice. To schedule an appointment, contact us on 0113 278 6811 or via email.

Emergency dental services

If you require emergency dental care, contact us during normal opening hours and we will make every effort for you to be seen by one of our dentists. Outside opening hours, please contact the NHS 111 service.

Appointments

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This lets us offer the time to another patient.

Deposits: New private patients are asked to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment. The deposit will be kept if the appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments without a deposit: For existing patients where no deposit has been taken, a missed appointment or one cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at £10 for every 10 minutes of appointment time booked.

We may end your registration with the practice if you miss two or more appointments in a row, often cancel at short notice, or regularly arrive late.

Patient confidentiality

We uphold the strictest confidentiality regarding patient records at all times. If you wish to obtain a copy of your personal dental records, please consult your dentist.
